Dr. Guillermo L. Dumrauf formed Dumrauf y Asociados to provide advisory services in the fields of valuation, equity research and fixed income. He has a large experience in the field of valuation advising companies especially in South America.
Guillermo is the author of Finanzas Corporativas, un Enfoque Latinoamericano, which is regarded as one of the better books of Finance in Latin America, and the best sold in Argentina of all times. He has also written some books of mathematics applied to finance, fixed income, macroeconomics and numerous articles in indexed journals. He is a part-time professor of Valuation at Universidad del CEMA and is frequently invited as a lecturer and conference speaker. He integrates some academics board of Doctoral Programs in Finance.
Dr. Dumraf integrates the board of some Argentinean companies and was economic advisor of Ministerio de Agricultura de la Nación Argentina (2014-2015).
Guillermo has a Ph. D. in Economics from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
Edmilson Müller is our managing partner in Brazil, being responsible for accelerating expansion of the company’s research offering and our valuation services.
Prior to that, he worked for 18 years at Banco Itau in the state of Espirito Santo and from 2001 he had worked as a financial consultant advising companies and Banks in Río de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. He is currently president of T-INSAT, a firm specialized in satellite communications.
He holds a BS degree in Accounting from Fundación Castelo Branco and he completed an executive program in finance at the State University of New York.
Dr. Machain specializes in Risk assessment applied to corporate finance and capital markets, financial econometrics, and spreadsheet financial modelling.
He is the author of Simulación de Modelos Financieros and SimulAr® a free Monte Carlo program which is widely used by analysts and practitioners all over the world.
He is professor of Finance in the Master of Finance at Universidad Nacional de Rosario and was assistant professor at the ICMA Centre – University of Reading. He was awarded with two prizes from the Junior Chamber International, in 2006 and in 2015 as Top Outstanding Young Person of República Argentina.
Luciano has a Ph.D. in Finance and an MSc in International Securities Investment & Banking from the ICMA Centre - University of Reading, with distinctions.
Juan Martínez gives support in all investment valuation process and produces the research for comparable companies.
He is associate professor of Investment Valuation at Universidad Nacional de Luján. In 1999 he received the Agronegocios Prize awarded by BBVA in Argentina for his work about the history of the milking yard in the San Benito Abbey.
Juan has a Master in Finance from Universidad Nacional de Rosario and a Specialization in Project Management from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
